青岛捷能高新技术有限责任公司是青岛捷能集团下设的独立运营全资子公司、大型铆焊基地，享有自营进出口权，固定资产1.5亿元。主要从事研发、设计、制造、经营承制“捷能牌”汽轮机辅机、锅炉辅机、石化容器、塔器、换热器、风力发电塔架、钻机、橡胶机械、大型钢结构等六大类别50大系列800余种产品。
公司地处青岛经济技术开发区机械工业园内，紧邻青岛前湾港码头、胶州湾高速公路、同三高速公路、胶州湾跨海大桥、海底隧道。公司至前湾港码头、胶州湾高速公路、同三高速公路仅需10分钟路程，区位位置优势明显，变通快捷方便。
公司占地16万平方米，厂房建筑面积4万平方米，单车间跨距30米，起吊高度18米，单件起重能力lOO吨，拥有各种生产设备1000余台套，其中加工中心、数控机床、精大稀设备60余台。现有职工600余人。工程枝求人员80余人，具有中、高级技术职称的42人。是省内一流、同行业中科技含量高、生产规模大、技术力量雄厚、工艺装备精良的大型铆、焊、机加工专业企业。公司2004年销售收入1.75亿元，2005年销售收入2.5亿元。
公司相继取得了国家三类压力容器设计、制造资质；B类锅炉设计、制造资质；IS09001：2000国际质量体系认证；中石化物资装配部一级供应商资质(编码：40787750，序号2014)。
